What you'll do:

As a Finance Manager, your role will be integral to the smooth running of our client's financial operations. You'll be responsible for coordinating month-end close and balance sheet reconciliation processes across the UK business. Your expertise will be crucial in preparing annual budgets and strategic plans. You'll also ensure compliance with group revenue recognition and SOX compliance policies. A key part of your role will involve managing a small team, ensuring they are motivated and delivering to high standards.

  • Manage and coordinate the month-end close & Balance Sheet reconciliation process across the UK business
  • Business Partnering for the finance function providing relevant information, reporting and analysis to department heads and the senior leadership team
  • Preparing the annual budget and strategic plan
  • Support the preparation and submission of annual budgets and monthly rolling forecast
  • Ensure compliance with group revenue recognition and SOX compliance policies
  • Work with Global Business Support teams to ensure efficient payments and credit control
  • Managing a team of 4 - ensuring the team are well motivated, delivering to a high standard
