We are recruiting for a Customer Enquiries Operator to join our client, a reputable and well sought after company in Central Milton Keynes to work for who offer some amazing benefits and a supportive work environment.

As a Customer Enquiries Operator, you will ensure members receive excellent customer service. You will be responsible for delivering a helpline triage service by recording and allocating enquiries to different departments who can help with their enquiry.

This role is a 12-month contract but provides a great opportunity to get a reputable company on your CV and gain invaluable experience.

Hours: 35 hours a week, 9am-5pm Hybrid after training
