We are delighted to be working with a Buckinghamshire based retail financial services lender who are looking to hire a Lead Conduct Compliance Manager.

As Lead Conduct Compliance Manager, you'll be the main point of contact between the firm's compliance and the wider business. You'll be leading a team of Conduct Compliance Executives and be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the team provide high-level regulatory and compliance advice

  • Develop the team based on their own personal performances

  • Outline clear team objectives and hold review meetings

  • Lead on the review of the firm's policies and procedures

  • Advise on remedial actions needed

  • Review and interpret consultation papers, policy statements and other publications

  • Advise senior management on their responsibilities to comply with regulatory obligations

Required experience and skills:

  • Working knowledge of the FCA's requirements including ICOBS and PROD sourcebooks

  • Comprehensive working knowledge of FCA principles, rules, codes of practice and other standards

  • The ability to multitask and prioritise your workload

  • Management skills to be able to lead a team effectively

  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders

  • Ability to travel to the Milton Keynes office 3 days per week
