Job ref: 0698THE ROLE:The role involves managing a variety of client files, including leasehold acquisitions, deeds, licences, agreements, and freehold matters. Key responsibilities include drafting and reviewing commercial property documents, negotiating terms, handling completions, and supporting post-completion tasks.THE CANDIDATE:Ideally, you will have experience in commercial property law with a strong understanding of landlord and tenant matters. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and caseload management skills are essential. While a legal qualification is preferred, it is not essential. You must be able to demonstrate outstanding communication skills, keen attention to detail, commercial awareness, and the ability to perform well under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.THE FIRM:The firm offers a friendly, professional environment focused on development, training, and excellent client service.
