What you'll be doing:
Youll support the day-to-day running of the HR function, working closely with managers and colleagues to make sure processes run smoothly and professionally. From onboarding and induction coordination to minute taking, contract handling, system updates, and compliance reporting -you'll be a trusted part of a small, friendly HR team.
What were looking for:
Experience in a similar HR admin or advisory role
Highly organised, with great attention to detail
Confident communicator who can handle sensitive information
Comfortable using HR systems and juggling multiple tasks
Location:
Office-based, full-time role in Milton Keynes.
