Our client is a well-established and successful global business with their UK head office in Milton Keynes.

They are currently looking for an experienced HR professional to join their team on a 6 month basis to support them with a wide range of HR matters.

The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running and get stuck in. They will be great working with employees at all levels. They will have a mature attitude and be confident in their ability.

They will be a team player able to work in a small, friendly, fun HR team.

Some of the things you will be doing include:

  • Meeting with employees to conduct “back to work meetings
  • Working with employees to put attendance improvement plans in where necessary.
  • Conducting welfare calls
  • Offer 1st line HR support to employees
  • Compiling contracts of employment for successful new recruits
  • Sending out offer packs to successful new recruits
  • Updating the HRIS with HR and Training records
  • Reviewing processes and policies
  • And more!

The role will be office based. Part-time hours will be considered (4 days minimum).

Ideally the candidate will have an CIPD Level 3 qualification as a minimum.
