We’re working with a leading software company that’s been at the forefront of its industry for years, who are looking for an Account Manager to join their collaborative, forward-thinking team.

This is a 12-month maternity contract with strong potential to become permanent.

Hours: 8:30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday

Hybrid working (three days in office, two days from home)

Key responsibilities of the Account Manager:

  • Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients
  • Tailor solutions to meet each client’s needs
  • Support client renewals and identify growth opportunities
  • Provide insight and feedback to Sales, Marketing and Product teams
  • Create client materials, guides and documentation
  • Proactively spot and resolve account issues

Key skills and experience required for an Account Manager:

  • Proven account manager experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, including Excel
