- Business Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break (some variation can be accommodated).

Job Summary:
We are seeking a versatile Warehouse Coordinator to join our team, providing essential support across various areas of our business, especially during peak times. This role is crucial in ensuring the best customer experience and offers a great opportunity for learning and growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine, agree, and record customers’ hire requirements via email or telephone.
- Check and pack goods for sales, hire, and calibration orders; unpack and check goods from suppliers and customers.
- Monitor stock levels of both sales and hire equipment.
- Prepare and send out hire agreements, sales orders, and update relevant systems.
- Check instrumentation, identify faults, and carry out repairs where possible.
- Provide remote monitoring and technical support using the LivEnviro platform.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Flexibility to cover all areas of the business as required.
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented to support staff during busy periods.
- Engineering background with an interest in both hardware and software aspects of products (Desirable)
- Curious and eager to learn, with a desire to be involved in all aspects of the business.
Desirable:
- Experience in a similar technical environment, providing high-level customer service.
- Technical or numerate discipline qualification (BTEC Level III equivalent) is advantageous.
