Logistics Administrator

Pertemps is currently recruiting for an experienced logistics administrator for our client based in Milton Keynes.

The Supply Chain and Stock Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing material planning, stock control, and supply chain activities within the business.

Hours: 8 am -5 pm

Salary: 27,000 - 30,000


Duties:

- Maintaining customer relationships and answering incoming emails and telephone calls
- Liaise with suppliers to source, order, and track materials, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Provide material availability updates to the production team
- Booking in deliveries
- Maintain accurate records for audits, traceability, and regulatory compliance.

Ideal Candidate:

- Proven experience in a Logistics/Manufacturing roles
- Strong communication skills
- Computer literate
- Strong analytical and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
