In this multifaceted role, you will be the primary point of contact for our organization, handling incoming telephone inquiries and managing the main email account. You will also support the Office & CRM System Manager with various administrative tasks related to our CRM system, such as maintaining up-to-date records, assisting in report generation, and ensuring data accuracy. Additionally, your responsibilities will include general administrative duties like managing office supply inventory and processing mail, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Office & CRM System Manager, enhancing the efficiency of daily operations.
  • Act as a superuser for the CRM system, maintaining accurate records, assisting colleagues with report generation, and navigating the system.
  • Manage the primary phone line and email correspondence, ensuring all communications are handled with a high level of professionalism.
  • Oversee the inventory of office supplies, including stationery and consumables, to ensure the office is well-stocked and functional.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of organizational events, contributing to their success.
  • Offer backup support to administrative colleagues during their absence or annual leave to ensure seamless office operations.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, including holding certifications and training as a First Aider and Fire Marshal.
  • Assist with travel and accommodation arrangements for staff as needed.
  • Provide cover for the Office & CRM System Manager during their absence.
  • Carry out additional administrative tasks as directed by the Director of Service Improvement and Development or the Office & CRM System Manager.

28 days plus bank holidays pro rata (for part-time employees)
