Office Administrator
Looking for an experienced Office Administrator - who has dealt with allocation of work to a team of engineers.
Standard hours are 09:00-17:00 Mon-Fri. On-site parking available.
The role involves resolving maintenance faults that have occurred in buildings, by scheduling Field Service Engineers to visit premises and resolve the issues.
You will also be responsible for ordering any parts / tools the engineers may need.
Previous experience required in a similar administrative role involving duties like: call despatch / scheduling / planning of site visits, the coordination of parts / materials and accurate record keeping.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as communication is both via e-mail / client portal and over the phone, between both the Clients / Customers and the Engineers.
You will be required to pass security checks including DBS (criminal records) checks. You will receive on the job training.
