It must be someone who shares their commitment to helping others and is driven by the purpose of making a difference.If you're someone who thrives in an environment where compassion and community matter, this is the perfect role for you!Key responsibilities for an Office Manager:

  • Maintaining staff records - annual leave, organising training, preparing contracts
  • Management of fundraising reports from JustGiving, Square, etc for purposes of reconciling, and reporting to Fundraising team.
  • Manage all administration of finances, to include Income and Expenditure reconciliation.
  • Reconciling the bank account and other accounts; Pleo, PayPal, Square, Stripe.
  • Liaising with Management, Auditors & Accountants with Annual preparation of account and Charity Commission filing.
  • Manage all expense, invoice and receipts for the whole team, in line with Financial Controls Policy.
  • Day-to-day management of the office and supporting the CEO with commitments.

Key Skills for an Office Manager:

  • Financial administration experience - knowledge of Xero or similar accounts package
  • Solid Administration skills
  • Must pass a DBS check
