The Job
Field based position, targeting the residential and commercial sectors.
Production, submission and tracking of project specific technical specifications.
Build relationships with Main Contractors within the construction industry sector.
Provide technical expertise to interested parties, within targeted projects.
Confidence to focus on building and safeguarding specifications.
Identify new market opportunities and feedback intelligence to the business.
Update CRM daily with project tracking information and customer information.
Ensure formulation and delivery of CPD presentations.
About You
Strong proven technical specification sales experience within the Construction Materials supply sector
Strong technical/engineering background with the ability to understand geometric shapes and designs.
Confidence of passive fire protections systems would be a distinct advantage.
IT competence with CAD skills would be desirable.
Experience of delivering CPDs would be ideal.
Should have a solutions-based sales approach along with exceptional customer service skills.
