Position: Project Manager - FM
Location: Regional role covering the South of England | Hybrid Working
Salary: 60,000 - 70,000 per annum

The Role:
As Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a variety of projects including fit-outs, refurbishments, and mechanical, electrical, and fabric upgrades all within live, operational environments.
- Project values range from 100k to 3m, with a typical annual portfolio of 3m-4m.
- Covering contracts in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and industrial sectors.
- Regional travel required, with a flexible mix of home and site-based work
- Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including health & safety and sub-contractor management
- Manage multiple projects at one time, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
- Build strong client relationships and identify further project opportunities
About You:
- Experience in project delivery within the Facilities Management or Building Services sector.
- Previous background as a Project Supervisor or Project Manager.
- Technical background in Mechanical or Electrical engineering preferred, though not essential for candidates with relevant project delivery experience.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and client-facing skills is essential.
