A well-established provider of technical material solutions is seeking a Quality Specialist to join their team. This hybrid role offers flexibility with some work-from-home options and the opportunity to work on innovative projects across automotive, medical, and lighting sectors.
Role Overview
As a Quality Specialist, you will:
- Conduct quality assessments and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor and improve quality control processes.
- Collaborate across departments to maintain high standards and support staff development.
- Provide feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall performance.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in quality control and compliance.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Familiarity with training software and quality management tools.
- Background in electronics or lighting industries is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, PPAPs, and IMDS is advantageous.
