Their work includes general construction, maintenance, and repair contracts, with a particular focus on HM Prisons, Hospitals, and Educational Institutions. Your Role As A Quantity Surveyor Will Include:

Offer expert contractual guidance to project teams
Oversee commercial management duties
Carry out cost planning, budget estimates, and financial reviews
Review completed designs to ensure they meet commercial and contractual requirements

The Successful Quantity Surveyor Will Have:

Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in a Quantity Surveying (within construction is ideal)
Valid CSCS card
Strong knowledge with construction contracts (NEC and JCT)
BSc - quantity surveying, commercial management, construction management etc preferred)
Valid UK driving licence
