Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking to take the next step in your career? Dunbar Education is proud to be working with a fantastic school in Milton Keynes, seeking a passionate and skilled TA to support pupils with Special Educational Needs.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Providing tailored one-to-one and small group support for children with SEN (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH)

  • Assisting the class teacher in adapting and delivering engaging learning activities

  • Encouraging independence and confidence in pupils

  • Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies

  • Working closely with the SENCO and wider school team

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience supporting children with a range of SEN needs

  • A calm, nurturing, and resilient approach

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • A genuine passion for inclusive education

  • SEN-specific training or qualifications (preferred but not essential)
