Teaching Tomorrow are an experienced education recruitment agency working with primary schools in Milton Keynes and we are looking for experienced special needs teaching assistants to start immediately.

Teaching Tomorrow have a strong relationship with schools in the MK area and are working with schools who require SEN TA's across early years, key stage 1 and key stage 2. These roles are a mixture of full-time and day-to-day, giving you the option to have flexibility working.

Requirements:
-Relevant qualifications in education, childcare, or special education Level 2 or above
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
-Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with diverse learning needs.
-Ability to adapt to the individual needs and learning styles of students.
-A commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
