Outreach Teacher - Milton Keynes

£120-£150 per day | Full-time | Permanent | Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

We are recruiting an Outreach Teacher to provide tailored education to learners in the community around Milton Keynes, helping those unable to attend school.

The Role:

  • Deliver 1:1 and small-group tuition in homes or community settings.

  • Plan and adapt lessons to meet individual needs and EHCP targets.

  • Implement strong behaviour management strategies.

  • Collaborate with parents, carers, and multi-agency teams to support progress.

Requirements:

  • QTS/QTLS or significant experience in delivering alternative education.

  • Experience with SEND/SEMH learners.

  • Excellent behaviour management skills are essential.

  • Flexible and able to travel locally.
