Duties for the role of Senior Architect:
- Lead on a range of projects across all RIBA work stages
- Prepare planning applications, feasibility studies and design reports
- Liaise alongside clients and other members of the teams
- Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit
- Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:
- ARB Registered
- Significant post Part 3 Qualification experience as an Architect
- Proficiency with Revit
- Experience managing complex projects within the residential sector
- Excellent detailing and drawing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Withycombe area
