- Managing and growing a portfolio of residential property listings
- Conducting viewings, valuations, and market appraisals
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
- Progressing sales through to completion
- Building strong relationships with clients and maintaining a high level of customer service
- Supporting and mentoring junior negotiators where needed
- Actively generating new business opportunities
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential sales
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Local knowledge of Morden and surrounding areas preferred
- A proactive, positive and professional approach
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- £28,000 basic salary
- On-target earnings of £55,000+
