About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivatedResidential Conveyancerto join our clients established property team. This is an excellent opportunity for aConveyancing Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancerwith a proven track record of managing their own caseload and delivering a high standard of client care.
You will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions.
Key Responsibilities

Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing files with minimal supervision.

Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth progress of transactions.

Drafting, reviewing, and advising on contracts, title documents, and other legal paperwork.

Conducting searches, raising enquiries, and reporting to clients.

Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm policies.

Providing excellent client care and maintaining strong relationships.
About You
-
QualifiedSolicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.

Minimum of one year residential conveyancing experience.

Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes and property law.

Excellent communication, organisation, and client care skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
