CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

NANTWICH

£24,000

37 HOURS PER WEEK 8.30AM – 4.30AM

KPI are working with one of our longstanding clients, to recruit for a role within the ever-expanding customer service team. This is an extremely sought after company in the South Cheshire area, and they offer some excellent benefits.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting and supporting the sales and support staff to providing customer information from their bespoke system
  • Liaising closely with customer accounts, product managers, supply chain & warehouse teams
  • Handling, recording and investigating customer enquiries and complaints
  • Calling and emailing customer with resolutions and solutions
  • Responsible for you’re a specific sales area
  • Completing monthly tasks to deadline
  • Liaising closely with the sales staff/managers & directors within the territory
  • The role is predominantly inbound phoned based, and you will spend approximately be responsible for external customer queries and inhouse sales staff enquiries

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be computer literate, with excellent keyboard skills
  • A working knowledge of using bespoke systems – Excel would be advantageous
  • Previous experience working within a customer service/administration environment is desirable
  • Possess good listening skills and very polite telephone manner (essential)
  • To provide Customer Service Excellence to all customers/staff
  • Have a keen eye for detail and an organised, methodical approach to their work
  • Ability to keep up to date of latest information about products and services
  • Proven ability to prioritise workload
  • A self-motivated candidate with the attitude and approach to succeed
