Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking to make a difference in a warm and welcoming Primary School in Neath? We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join a fantastic Key Stage team, supporting pupils with their learning and helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

• Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons across the KS1 curriculum

• Providing one-to-one or small group support to pupils to help them reach their full potential

• Assisting with classroom preparation, displays, and general learning resources

• Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging pupil participation

• Working closely with teaching staff and parents to ensure every child thrives

• Have experience working with children, ideally within a primary school setting

• Be enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about supporting young learners

• Have strong communication and teamwork skills

• Hold relevant childcare or education qualifications (or be willing to work towards them)
