Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Marketing Manager with 5–8 years’ experience to lead the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and branding activities in the UK, Ireland and African market.
Working closely with the Managing Director and Sales Team, you will translate agreed product positioning and commercial priorities into marketing campaigns and events that build brand visibility, support distributor partners, and engage dental professionals across both B2B and B2C channels.
You will also manage a junior marketing team member, ensuring smooth delivery of marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Team & Execution Management
- Manage and mentor one team member, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to high standards.
- Oversee campaign calendars, budgets, and agency relationships.
Campaign & Brand Marketing (B2B & B2C)
- Implement marketing campaigns aligned to the commercial strategy set by the MD and sales team.
- Create marketing assets (brochures, digital content, videos) in collaboration with HQ and agencies.
- Manage UK website content, social media, and digital channels.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and compliance with corporate identity.
Events & Branding
- Plan and deliver events, exhibitions, seminars, and training workshops.
- Coordinate CPD/CBCT interpretation courses and dealer/customer training events.
- Manage brand presence at UK and international trade shows.
Channel & Distributor Support
- Provide marketing support to distributor partners through joint campaigns, co-branding, and sales enablement materials.
- Track and report on ROI of distributor marketing activities.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign effectiveness using analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports to the MD and Sales Team on marketing performance and lead generation impact.
Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years’ marketing experience within dental, healthcare, medical devices, or similar industries.
- Strong background in campaign execution, events, and branding.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (SEO/SEM, email, social).
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Previous line management experience (even small teams) desirable.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (CIM qualification a plus).
What We Offer
- Competitive salary £50,000 – £65,000 (depending on experience).
