What you'll be doing:

You'll play a key role in daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards and smooth service at all times.

Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen and team management
Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes with consistency
Running your own section confidently during service
Maintaining excellent food hygiene, safety and cleanliness
Assisting with stock control, ordering and kitchen admin
Contributing to seasonal menus and daily specials

What we're looking for:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef, or a strong Chef de Partie ready to take the next step
A calm, organised and professional approach during busy periods
Strong communication and leadership skills
Flexibility to work a 40-hour rota with paid overtime as required
A passion for fresh, seasonal food and delivering consistent quality
