Head of Sales
Newark, Full Time, Permanent
Basic salary up to 60,000, OTE 85,000
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Sales to join a thriving and busy sales team. You will responsible for managing and developing the sales team as well as forming part of the Senior Leadership team.
THE ROLE
- Leading and developing the sales team
- Ensuring sales targets are set and achieved
- Providing strategic and operational advise to the board
- Analysing team performance and driving continuous improvement
- Maintaining a high performance culture across the sales team
- Ensuring compliance, FCA accreditation, and training needs are met across the sales team
- Managing day-to-day operations and dealing with complex issues as needed
THE CANDIDATE
- Strong automotive background in a managerial role
- Ability to develop and coach individuals to a high standard
- Proven track record in leading a sales team
- Excellent communications and leadership skills
- Commercially minded, ability to identify opportunities for profitability and growth
