Enjoy working outdoors? Skilled with a hedge trimmer? Take pride in well-kept lawns and neat borders?
We're looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a reputable housing association, where you'll help keep green spaces looking their best. You'll work alongside a friendly and dedicated team, handling everything from mowing and weeding to pruning, spraying, and general site tidiness.
What You'll Be Doing
- Mowing lawns and maintaining turf areas to a high standard
- Trimming hedges and shrubs neatly and safely
- Removing weeds and managing plant beds
- Spraying and applying treatments (in line with safety procedures)
- Collecting green waste and maintaining clean, tidy communal areas
- Supporting general upkeep of outdoor spaces as needed
What We're Looking For
- Someone who enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Previous grounds maintenance experience is ideal, but not essential
- Driver's license is advantageous but not essential
