We're looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a reputable housing association, where you'll help keep green spaces looking their best. You'll work alongside a friendly and dedicated team, handling everything from mowing and weeding to pruning, spraying, and general site tidiness.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Mowing lawns and maintaining turf areas to a high standard
  • Trimming hedges and shrubs neatly and safely
  • Removing weeds and managing plant beds
  • Spraying and applying treatments (in line with safety procedures)
  • Collecting green waste and maintaining clean, tidy communal areas
  • Supporting general upkeep of outdoor spaces as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Someone who enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Previous grounds maintenance experience is ideal, but not essential
  • Driver's license is advantageous but not essential
