This is a hands-on position suited to engineers who enjoy mechanical work in a real engineering environment. Duties include:

• PPM and reactive maintenance on automated industrial machinery

• Fault finding and repair across mechanical systems

• Stripping and rebuilding mechanical components

• Involvement in installation and project-based work

• Working on a variety of equipment: conveyors, robotics, packaging lines, palletisers, mixers, kilns, and more

• Experience working as a maintenance engineer in a factory or industrial environment

• Strong mechanical skill set – ability to strip and rebuild components

• Exposure to pneumatics and hydraulics is beneficial

• Recognised NVQ or equivalent in mechanical engineering
