Description

  • Manage and oversee the engineering service operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement service strategies in line with organisational goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Monitor and improve service performance metrics.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the engineering team.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Liaise with customers to address service-related concerns and maintain strong relationships.

Profile

As the successful Service Manager you will have:

  • A strong background in the HVAC industry.
  • Experience in managing and developing people across service operations.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement service strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements would be advantageous.
