Key Responsibilities
Team Management
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, including:
- Billing and Management Accounts
- Oversee daily operations and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Hands-On Financial Oversight
- Manage the month-end closing process for over 100 accounts.
- Conduct performance analysis and provide insights to drive decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Engage in group reporting for consolidation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in group reporting and financial management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on high-volume data management.
- Proficient in financial software/ERP.
- Background in Management Accounting; experience in billing/Accounts Receivable is advantageous.

Work Schedule
- Contract Duration: 11 months with potential for extension.
- Salary: £48,000 to £55,000
