BRAND NEW EXCLUSIVE REQUIREMENT: HR Business Partner North Nottingham Hybrid Working - on average 3 days on-site, 2 days at home Permanent Full Time or Part Time Up to £46k FTE plus bonusSF Recruitment are excited to be exclusively partnering our global client, on the hunt for a HR BP to support mainly support the UK side of the business, with over 100 employees. This is a hands on role, where you will work closely with stakeholders at all levels to deliver key HR initiatives. These will include employee relations, training and development, succession planning, change management, and driving business transformation projects. You will play a pivotal role in shaping business strategy and supporting growth, with a strong commercial mindset being essential.

This position sits at a strategic level to our client, meaning you will be responsible for aligning HR practices with business objectives to drive organisational performance. You will work closely with leadership and management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals, improve employee engagement, and foster a positive work culture. You will act as a consultant and partner to managers on HR issues, ensuring the organisation attracts, develops, and retains top talent.

Duties within the role:

  • Partner with and build strong working relationships with senior leadership and managers to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring HR initiatives support overall organisational goals.
  • Talent Management: Oversee the talent review and succession planning process, collaborating with leaders to build career development programs to retain top talent
  • Employee Relations: Be a trusted advisor to employees and management on all HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions.
  • Performance Management: Support the implementation and continuous improvement of performance management. Guide managers in setting performance goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Organisational Development: Lead initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness, including facilitating training programs to support employee development.
  • Engagement - Actively support employee engagement initiatives and projects including the annual employee engagement survey process
  • HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations. Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Manages / supports recruitment processes for key positions as required
  • Utilise HR metrics and analytics to inform business decisions. Monitor key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and diversity metrics, and provide insights to management.
  • Lead or participate in HR-related projects
