Compliance Coordinator

Your new companyWorking for a corporate business based in Nottingham. You will work as part of a small team and support the day-to-day, compliance coordination of the contract.Your new roleYou will provide support to the client and answer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.* Determine the nature and priority of faults based on information provided* Raise and assign work orders to relevant resources.* Ensure work is scheduled and in accordance with SLAs, and update clients' internal systems.* Review of all sub-contractors submitted paperwork to ensure management of CAFM* Support with managing the supply chain and drive them to attend within required SLA's* Allocation of internal engineers for call-outs and maintenance visits, driving the engineering team to attend to all call-outs within required SLA's.* Monitoring calls received from the customer through call completion and updating records* To obtain a comprehensive understanding of the scope of the contract and ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the contract scope and service levels* Promote and maintain company culture throughout teams* Manage system as a key userWhat you'll get in returnMonday to Friday40 Hours a weekOffice-basedPossible temp to permContract until Sept 2025£12.21PHWhat you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career.
