Working for a corporate business based in Nottingham. You will work as part of a small team and support the day-to-day, compliance coordination of the contract.
Your new role
You will provide support to the client and answer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.* Determine the nature and priority of faults based on information provided
* Raise and assign work orders to relevant resources.
* Ensure work is scheduled and in accordance with SLAs, and update clients' internal systems.
* Review of all sub-contractors submitted paperwork to ensure management of CAFM
* Support with managing the supply chain and drive them to attend within required SLA's
* Allocation of internal engineers for call-outs and maintenance visits, driving the engineering team to attend to all call-outs within required SLA's.
* Monitoring calls received from the customer through call completion and updating records
* To obtain a comprehensive understanding of the scope of the contract and ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the contract scope and service levels
* Promote and maintain company culture throughout teams
* Manage system as a key user
