Pay rate : 160 to 200 per day

Randstad Education is seeking a qualified and experienced SEN Teacher to join a prestigious secondary school in Luton. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to inclusive education and possess a thorough understanding of child development and learning needs.

Requirements:

Good Knowledge with the national Key Stage Curriculum.
Proficiency in learning techniques suitable for students with SEND.
Ability to provide personalised attention and assistance with learning assignments.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Relevant experience in schools with SEN pupils or similar transferable skills
Enhanced DBS check (or be willing to apply for one)
Eligibility to work in the UK
2 recent proven professional references
Flexibility to travel within (location)

Confidence, punctuality, and eagerness.
Experience with 1:1 and small groups.
Manage children with challenging behaviour.
Effectively manage behaviour and build positive learning relationships with SEN pupils
Providing engaging and interactive lessons
