Job Title: Electrical Installation Instructor (Level 2 & 3)
Location: Nottighamshire
Salary : £38,000 - £45,000
Job Type: Full-time, 35 hours.
Join the team at the a Nottingham based training centre as an Electrical installation lecturer! This role is based in an Ofsted rated GOOD training centre that is known for its positive and bustling atmosphere. Are you passionate about educating apprentices, school leavers, and mature students? Key Responsibilities:

Develop, prepare, and deliver engaging course materials for Electrical Installation in line with awarding body requirements.

Teach both theory and practical sessions at Level 2 and Level 3.

Assess and verify apprentices' coursework, ensuring timely feedback and adherence to awarding body criteria.

Maintain accurate learner records, including attendance, punctuality, and progression.

Supervise apprentices during training activities, maintaining high standards of discipline and control.

Ensure the safety and welfare of all apprentices during training sessions.

Support learners with pastoral care, ensuring safeguarding responsibilities are upheld at all times.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge in electrical installation and related fields through continuous professional development.

Complete administrative tasks and documentation within required timeframes and to contractual standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including participation in industry events and committees.
Requirements (Skills / Qualifications / Experience):
- Holds a minimum Level 3 qualification in Electrical/related field.

Valuable experience in teaching or relevant industry expertise.

Certificate in Education or equivalent teaching qualification at Level 5 or willing to work towards .
- Strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for education.
