We have just taken a new and exciting permanent job opportunity for a pro-active Marketing and Business Development Executive to support a professional team with marketing campaigns, events, communications, and client relationship management.

We’re looking for someone who wants to take the next step in their marketing and business development career.

This is a varied role that will include:

The role is broad and varied and will include:

Marketing campaigns and communication- Writing and editing compelling marketing content which increases visibility of our services to our target audience- Coordinating PR activities with support from external agencies, including press releases and advertorials- Creating visual and video content and regularly refreshing marketing collateral to keep it engaging, on-brand and relevant

Event Management- Organisation and delivery of professional and engaging in-person and virtual events to support marketing campaigns from logistics and invitations to promotion and follow-up

Business development initiatives- Developing a detailed knowledge and understanding of the client and its services and utilising this knowledge to create compelling proposals and pitch documents- Conducting research into target clients, industries and competitors and supporting the Business Development plans for our teams

Use of CRM & Data Usage- Managing campaign execution via email marketing systems (e.g. Mailchimp, Tikit e-Marketing etc)- Collaborating with the Marketing Manager and other colleagues to ensure the client database is up to date and accurate client data is maintained for reporting and insights

Other Activities- Providing day to day operational support to the Marketing Manager and completing adhoc administrative tasks such as dealing with invoices, coordinating branded merchandise and contributing to internal reports.

What we are looking for:

- 3 + years in a marketing and/or business development role- Ability to project manage- Pro-active, confident self-starter- Track record in executing successful marketing campaigns and events- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Comercially astute - Strong knowledge of email marketing- Confident in Adobe creative suite- Any experience in WordPress would be greatThe salary for this role is negotiable on experience and there will also be a highly lucrative benefits package.
