Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum DOE - OTE £42,800

The Role
They're seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to manage and grow their existing customer base while also focusing on new account acquisition. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within a fast-paced and innovative industry.
Key Responsibilities
As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Driving New Business: Generating new leads through warm and cold calling, following up on marketing activities, and executing sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Account Management & Growth: Managing an existing customer account base, identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell, and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Sales Process & Reporting: Forecasting and pipeline management, assisting with quotes and orders, maintaining CRM, and providing accurate sales reports to management.
- Product Expertise: Maintaining a high level of knowledge of their vendor technologies and industry trends to effectively assess customer needs and present tailored solutions.
- Customer Engagement: Delivering compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations, working closely with channel partners, and communicating effectively at all levels.
What You'll Bring
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years' B2B channel account management and business development experience in ICT sales. Experience in product distribution is ideal, but candidates from a reseller/systems integrator background are also encouraged to apply.
- Business Acumen: Strong financial acumen, including the ability to understand margin percentages and drive profitability.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with NetSuite is highly desirable.
- Exceptional Communication: The ability to listen attentively and articulate complex information clearly and effectively, both written and verbally.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary and travel as required.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a semi-rural environment.
