This is a temporary role to start w/c 1st September until 19th December 2025 so you must be able to commit to that.

Job Purpose:

To provide technical support to engineers and internal users, ensuring timely resolution of issues and excellent service delivery during core mid-day hours. This role is ideal for someone with strong problem-solving skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work independently within a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to technical queries via phone and email.
  • Escalate complex problems to senior support staff or relevant departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Requirements:

  • No previous experience is essential, someone who can pick things up quickly and happy to provide technical support on the phone.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good understanding of MS office.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
