This is fantastic opportunity join a dynamic team as the business continues to grow. The RoleThe Financial Controller's duties will include:

Lead month-end processes, ensuring accurate P&L and balance sheet reporting.
Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly financial operations, driving improvements in process efficiency, accuracy, and use of technology.
Ensure robust financial controls and risk management.
Manage year end processes and liaise with auditors.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial modelling projects.
Act as a business partner, working closely with key stakeholders across the business.

The PersonThe requirements for the Financial Controller role are:

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
Experience of managing and leading a team.
Experience of managing a month end process
