At Home Group, we’re on a mission to build the best finance function in the sector—and we’re looking for a Head of Management Accounts to lead the way.
The roleYou’ll lead a high-performing team of 15–20 finance professionals, including 4 direct reports, to deliver:
- Accurate and insightful monthly management accounts and forecasts
- Robust, well-understood budgets aligned with our Group strategy
- Continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting
- Strong collaboration across Finance and with senior stakeholders
- A professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong analytical and influencing skills to challenge and shape financial forecasts
- Excellent communication skills—able to distil complex data into clear, actionable insights
- A track record of delivering process improvements and enhancing customer experience
- Experience with Oracle Finance, Excel for Apps, and Power BI would be desirable
