Tax Consultant - 2 Positions Available?? Full-time (36.5 hours), Part-time considered?? Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 FTE
Join a forward-thinking team at the forefront of bespoke tax advisory.With a growing portfolio of diverse clients, we’re looking for two experienced and motivated individuals to join our Tax Advisory team. You’ll be involved in delivering tailored tax solutions across a range of personal and business tax matters, either independently or as part of a collaborative team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Work on a variety of bespoke tax advisory projects
- Collaborate with team members and other departments
- Provide expert guidance while balancing client needs and business objectives
- Maintain and build strong client relationships
- Contribute to business development initiatives and marketing strategies
- Stay informed on tax legislation and continue to develop your technical and soft skills
- Help drive a culture of learning, development, and high performance
What We’re Looking For:
- CTA qualified or qualified by experience (minimum 3 years advising clients)
- PQE desirable, but not essential
- Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences
- Strong analytical skills with commercial awareness and a strategic mindset
- Proven ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and exceed expectations
- Comfortable identifying opportunities to support both client success and business growth
