File Auditor - Insurance - About the role

Theprimary focus is to make sure that all staff within group & network work within regulatory guidelines and best practices set out by the FCA and that support is provided to everyone

File Auditor - Insurance - Key duties

Completes all audits on every area of the business

Creates reports as feedback enabling compliance to be filtered through to all parts

Create processes to make sure the customer journey is as smooth as possible

Manage expressions of dissatisfaction and complaints before they have to be escalated.

File Auditor - Insurance - Key requirements

Support staff to build relationships with the brokers encouraging open, regular meetings.

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook

Experience working within a regulated environment and with full understanding of the principles of TCF and Insurance Practice

Detail oriented with strong analytical, problem solving skills

Strong understanding of professional and industry standards and practices
