Customer Services Technician (Joiner)

Salary: £32,000-£34,000 plus bonus and company vehicle (van)
Location: North East
Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm, Friday 8am-3:30pm

About the Role:

On behalf of our client, a 5-star housebuilder, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Services Technician to join their dynamic Customer Services team in the North East region. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled tradesperson to thrive in a supportive and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out defect repairs in occupied properties.

  • Coordinating with nominated contractors and suppliers for remedial works in occupied homes.

  • Collaborating with your Line Manager to develop effective solutions for complex remedial activities.

  • Building positive relationships with colleagues, particularly site teams.

  • Communicating with the Customer Service Hub regarding completed or ongoing remedial activities.

  • Handling all assigned tasks efficiently and within charter timescales.

  • Acting professionally and courteously at all times with customers, colleagues, and subcontractors.

  • Understanding and adhering to NHBC Technical Standards & Guidelines.

  • Demonstrating sound decision-making skills and the ability to use your initiative to solve problems.
