Customer Services Technician (Joiner)
Salary: £32,000-£34,000 plus bonus and company vehicle (van)
Location: North East
Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm, Friday 8am-3:30pm

On behalf of our client, a 5-star housebuilder, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Services Technician to join their dynamic Customer Services team in the North East region. Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out defect repairs in occupied properties.
Coordinating with nominated contractors and suppliers for remedial works in occupied homes.
Collaborating with your Line Manager to develop effective solutions for complex remedial activities.
Building positive relationships with colleagues, particularly site teams.
Communicating with the Customer Service Hub regarding completed or ongoing remedial activities.
Handling all assigned tasks efficiently and within charter timescales.
Acting professionally and courteously at all times with customers, colleagues, and subcontractors.
Understanding and adhering to NHBC Technical Standards & Guidelines.
Demonstrating sound decision-making skills and the ability to use your initiative to solve problems.
