PRS are working with a stunning luxury golf hotel in Northumberland who require an experienced Sous Chef. This is a full time permanent position with an annual basic salary of 41,000, based on a 45 hour working week.
You will be expected to support the senior chef team in all areas of service and production, as well as lead the chef brigade as instructed to ensure the delivery of the very highest standards that are in keeping with the reputation of this amazing venue. This is also a role that requires ambition and passion as well as integrity and standards with lots of opportunity for career development.
To be considered for the above role you will need -
- Previous experience as a sous chef in a luxury hotel
- Food Hygiene certificate level 3
- Own transport due to site location
