This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and commercially driven sales professional to take ownership of a defined territory, driving volume growth, managing margins, and building long-term, profitable relationships with both new and existing accounts.

Responsibilities of a Business Development Manager:
- Deliver against agreed sales, volume, revenue, and gross margin targets
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial bulk customers
- Drive prospecting, lead conversion, and re-contracting activity to maximise pipeline opportunities
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and represent the business
- Introduce new products and strategies into the market
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market insight to the wider business
- Build strong working relationships with internal support functions
- Ensure compliance with industry codes of practice and safety guidelines
Requirements of a Business Development Manager:
- IT literate with strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage relationships and influence at a senior level
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in the LPG or wider energy sector is high desirable
- Technical understanding of bulk gas products and services
