- Full accountability for the sales function, including team leadership, sales strategy and budget delivery
- Drafting annual sales budgets and delivering regular sales forecasts and margin analyses
- Developing and delivering strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and enhance market presence
- Leading on KPIs across sales mix, margin, new business, churn, and performance versus budget
- Managing senior-level customer relationships and driving Joint Business Planning (JBP) with supplier partners
- Collaborating with Commercial, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment with wider business goals
- Playing a central role in the planning and delivery of the annual sales conference
- A proven track record of sales growth and target achievement in the On-Trade sector
- Experience managing large, field-based sales teams across multi-site operations
- Commercial and strategic acumen with a data-led approach to sales management
- Strong change management capability with a hands-on leadership style
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
