Are you highly organised, detail-driven, and thrive when everything's running smoothly? We're on the hunt for a Sales Support Executive to join our growing team in Newcastle - someone who loves getting stuck into the details and making life easier for everyone around them.

You'll play a vital role behind the scenes, keeping the sales engine running by supporting reps, managing data, liaising with customers, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

??? What You'll Be Doing

* Support the Sales Team: Prepare proposals, presentations, and contract documents.* Customer Focus: Handle queries, share info, and help resolve any issues that pop up.* Keep Things Moving: Process sales orders, track deliveries, and assist with invoicing.* Manage the CRM: Keep customer records up to date and squeaky clean.* Reporting: Pull together sales figures and performance metrics to help guide decisions.* Team Coordination: Work closely with marketing, finance, and ops to keep everything aligned and on schedule.

?? Who You Are

* 1-3 years' experience in sales support, admin, or customer service.* Super comfortable using CRMs, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and picking up new systems.* A brilliant communicator - clear, concise, and confident in tone.* Highly organised, with a real eye for detail (you notice the small stuff).* Proactive, friendly, and a natural problem-solver.* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves working as part of a team.
