REED Business Support is supporting a large national organisation with the recruitment of two Team Trainers. These roles are full time and will initially be a Fixed Term Contract until the end of March 2026.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support teams within the business with continuous improvement in terms of performance
- Design and deliver inductions and training sessions for new starters
- Deliver coaching sessions with existing team members
- Conduct performance reviews
- Ensure employees are familiar company policies, procedures and guidelines – adapting communication style when required to meet the needs of the individual
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that best practice is adhered to at all times
- Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions
- Update and maintain internal databases
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Competent user of IT – particularly Microsoft Office
- Experience of working in a customer facing environment
- Training and coaching experience
- Solution focussed
- Empathetic and able to deliver feedback in a sensitive manner
- Team player with a positive attitude
HOURS OF WORK:
Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (Flexible working available)
PAY RATE:
£12.98 per hour
This role is fully remote with some occasional travel required.
